Are you ready to conquer the trails and take on the challenge of Hanging Hill?

Overseal Running Club invites you to an exhilarating day of running and outdoor fun. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is for YOU!

We’re proud to partner with “The National Forest” and “Miles for Smiles” a charity dedicated to spreading smiles through amazing initiatives.

Open 5km and 10km Trail Courses
Choose your distance and immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes of the National Forest. Challenge yourself and experience the thrill of conquering Hanging Hill.

Run at Your Own Pace
This is not a timed event – it’s all about enjoying the journey and setting your personal pace. Walk, jog, or sprint – the course is yours to conquer on your terms.

Registration Fees: 2km Fun Run & 5km Course=£5. 10km Course=£10

Disclaimers

10km Race – Minimum age for entry is 16 years unaccompanied, and 11 years if accompanied at all times by a paying adult.

5km Race – Minimum age for entry is 11 years unaccompanied, children younger than 11 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

2km Fun Run – Minimum age for entry is 11 years unaccompanied, children younger than 11 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

All under 16s should be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible for them throughout the event. Please keep your child with you. They must start and run together with you. They must be within arm’s reach of a parent, guardian or other designated adult of the parents’ choice throughout the race. 

You must declare on the day that you are medically fit to run and enter the run at your own risk.  The organisers will in no way be responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of the event, or for any property lost stolen or damaged.
